Pet Policy
As a pet-friendly community in Winchester, Virginia, Peppertree Apartments welcomes you and your furry friends. We know how much your canine and feline companions will love sprawling out in our spacious interiors or gazing out onto our park-like courtyards. Plus, your pup can stretch their legs and socialize at our off-leash dog play park. We proudly have no breed restrictions, though a pet interview is required to ensure a good fit for the community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Please note, pets on the 2nd and 3rd floors must not exceed 35 pounds.
